This case report describes the case of a female infant hospitalized for severe pneumonia. During the treatment process, various antibiotics are used to treat and prevent further infection. The child had a weak physical condition, combined with neuroblastoma, paraneoplastic syndrome, and low immune function, leading to infection. The treatment was eventually abandoned owing to poor prognosis.
