Systemic-to-pulmonary collaterals (SPCs) are common in congenital heart disease (CHD). Particularly in single ventricle anatomy and Fontan circulation, SPC can both complicate the postoperative course and lead to clinical deterioration in the long term. The treatment of SPC is controversial.

Aim: To assess the diagnostic potential of a noncoronary-dedicated pre-TAVR CT angiography (CTA) conducted as a prospective ECG-gated scan without premedication and standard cardiac reconstructions in evaluating bystander coronary artery disease (CAD) against invasive coronary angiography (ICA) as the gold standard.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included 232 patients who underwent both CTA and ICA as part of their pre-TAVR evaluation. Exclusion criteria included prior stent, pacemaker, coronary artery bypass, or valve surgery.

Background: The expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) valved conduit (VC) has been reported for pulmonary valve replacement (PVR). The purpose of this study was to review long-term outcomes of our trileaflet ePTFE VC.
Methods: This multicenter study was performed with institutional review board approval from each institution.

Background: Limited data exist on the impact of polyvascular disease (PolyVD) on clinical outcomes in female patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). We therefore sought to investigate clinical outcomes in women with versus without PolyVD undergoing TAVR.
Methods: Female participants from the multicentre Women's International Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (WIN-TAVI) registry were categorized based on the presence or absence of PolyVD.

The cGAS-STING pathway is pivotal in initiating antitumor immunity. However, tumor metabolism, particularly glycolysis, negatively regulates the activation of the cGAS-STING pathway. Herein, Mn galvanic cells (MnG) are prepared via liquid-phase exfoliation and in situ galvanic replacement to modulate tumor metabolism, thereby enhancing cGAS-STING activation for bidirectional synergistic H-immunotherapy.
