Introduction: This retrospective study evaluates the efficacy of camrelizumab combined with anlotinib versus chemotherapy in patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) undergoing second-line treatment.
Methods: Data were sourced from medical records at a Chinese medical facility, involving 34 patients diagnosed with ES-SCLC after failing first-line treatment. Patients were divided into two groups: one received camrelizumab (200 mg every 3 weeks) with anlotinib (12 mg daily for 14 days followed by a 7-day rest), while the other group received physician-chosen chemotherapy administered every 3 weeks. The primary endpoint was progression-free survival (PFS), with secondary endpoints including overall survival (OS), objective response rate (ORR), and disease control rate (DCR).
Results: The combination therapy group showed a significant improvement in PFS compared to the chemotherapy group (median PFS: 7 months vs. 3 months; hazard ratio (HR): 0.34; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.15-0.77; p<0.001). However, there was no statistically significant difference in OS between the groups (16.3 months vs. 17.3 months; p=0.82). The ORR was 52.9% in the combination therapy group versus 23.5% in the chemotherapy group (p=0.08), and the DCR was 82.4% compared to 58.8% (p=0.26). Grade 3 or higher adverse events were observed in 17.6% of the combination therapy group and 29.4% of the chemotherapy group.
Conclusions: The findings suggest that the combination of camrelizumab and anlotinib offers a superior anti-tumor response with a manageable safety profile in a second-line setting for ES-SCLC patients. This combination regimen may be a viable option for second-line ES-SCLC treatment.

Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the third leading cause of cancer-related mortality globally. Recent advancements in targeted therapies have improved outcomes for advanced HCC, yet therapeutic options remain limited. The CARES-310 trial demonstrated that camrelizumab plus rivoceranib significantly improves survival compared to sorafenib for advanced HCC.

Background: Brain metastases are a common complication in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) lacking actionable driver mutations, with limited treatment options and poor prognosis. We aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of brain radiotherapy combined with camrelizumab and platinum-doublet chemotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed advanced NSCLC and brain metastases.
Methods: This multicentre, single-arm, phase 2 trial was done across nine tertiary hospitals in China.

This study, conducted as part of a multicenter phase III clinical trial, aimed to assess the utility of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA)-based minimal residual disease (MRD) in comparing the efficacy of short-course and long-course chemoradiotherapy (CRT) for locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC). A total of 244 plasma samples from 79 LARC patients undergoing neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) before surgery were collected at various time points. Targeted deep sequencing using a novel MRD panel was performed.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate hepatitis B virus (HBV) reactivation and its effect on tumor response and survival outcomes in patients with HBV-related advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) undergoing lenvatinib plus camrelizumab treatment.
Methods: 216 patients with HBV-related advanced HCC receiving lenvatinib and camrelizumab were enrolled. Overall survival (OS), progression-free survival, and tumor response were evaluated.

Gastric cancer, as the fifth most diagnosed malignancy and the fourth leading cause of cancer-related death globally, remains a significant health concern. The potential effect of the programmed death-1 (PD-1) inhibitor, when used alongside chemotherapy and antiangiogenic agents in neoadjuvant therapy for gastric cancer, has yet to be explored in the published literature. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the S-1 plus oxaliplatin (SOX) regimen when combined with apatinib and camrelizumab (SOXAC) as neoadjuvant therapy for patients with locally advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma.
