To analyze the clinical diagnosis, treatment ,and surgical timing of otogenic intracranial complications. The clinical data of 11 patients with intracranial complications with ear symptoms as the first manifestation in Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University(Qingdao) from December 2014 to June 2022 were collected, including 8 males and 3 females, aged from 4 to 69 years. All patients had complete otoendoscopy, audiology, imaging and etiology examination, and the diagnosis and treatment plan was jointly developed through multidisciplinary consultation according to the critical degree of clinical symptoms and imaging changes.

To summarize and analyze the clinical data of sigmoid sinus thrombophlebitis and discuss its treatment strategy. The clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, surgical procedures and anticoagulant therapy of patients diagnosed with otosource sigmoid sinus thrombophlebitis in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from November 2014 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Five patients had a history of otorrhea and hearing loss for more than 5 years.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of various catheterization pathways to guide vein selection in neonates.
Methods: In this retrospective study, a total of 40 newborns admitted to the Neonatal Surgery Department of Nanjing Children's Hospital who were hospitalized for gastrointestinal diseases and required intravenous nutrition from March 2020 to December 2020 were included. The patients were divided into a control group (basilic vein and superficial temporal vein) and an observation group (femoral vein of the lower extremity) according to the puncture site of the vein.

Here, we report a case of IgG4-related brain pseudotumor (IgG4-BP) in a 39-year-old woman, mimicking central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma. She presented with headache, fever, and fatigue. Her medical history was notable for appearance of a tumefactive brain lesion seven years before.
