We report the genome sequence of the human fecal isolate LPC100 from the NORDBIOTIC collection, comprising a 3.075 Mb chromosome and three plasmids (61 kb, 12 kb, and 7 kb). Genetic content reveals the strain's beneficial features-complete lactose metabolic pathway, potential production of bacteriocins, and short-chain fatty acids.
