An appendicolith is a calcified mass which can obstruct the appendix often leading to recurrent appendicitis. Failure to extract fecalith at the time of appendectomy can lead to recurrent inflammation in the appendiceal stump. We describe a 28-year-old man with stump appendicitis due to a retained fecalith postappendectomy. Our approach, akin to interval appendectomy, combines antibiotics and endoscopic intervention postinfection resolution. This case highlights the feasibility and safety of endoscopic management, offering a nonsurgical alternative to prevent the morbidity associated with revision surgery. Further exploration of nonsurgical modalities is warranted to optimize patient outcomes.

Background: Non-invasiveness and comfort are crucial in the conservative management of distal radius and scaphoid fractures. While fiberglass casts are standard, three-dimensional (3D)-printed orthoses offer a promising alternative.
Purpose: To compare patient experiences, safety perceptions, and satisfaction between a 3D orthosis and fiberglass cast for distal radius or scaphoid fractures.

Introduction: Non-surgical alternatives to rhinoplasty are gaining interest but, despite its popularity, research on the long-term psychological impact and post-rhinofiller patients' satisfaction is limited. This study evaluates patient-reported satisfaction and quality of life immediately after and 6 months post-non-surgical rhinoplasty using the FACE-Q questionnaire.
Patients And Methods: This prospective study was conducted from May 2023 to March 2024, involving 83 patients who underwent rhinofiller treatments for esthetic purposes.
With an estimated incidence of 0.02% to 0.2%, multiligamentous knee injuries are rare, often devastating injuries that can occur with concomitant vascular or neurologic involvement.

Vaginal reconstruction is necessary for various congenital and acquired conditions, including vaginal aplasia, trauma, tumors, and gender incongruency. Current surgical and non-surgical treatments often result in significant complications. Decellularized vaginal matrices (DVMs) from human tissue offer a promising alternative, but require effective sterilization to ensure safety and functionality.

Background: Post-hemorrhagic hydrocephalus (PHH) is a severe complication in premature infants following intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH). It is characterized by abnormal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) accumulation, disrupted CSF dynamics, and elevated intracranial pressure (ICP), leading to significant neurological impairments.
Objective: This review provides an overview of recent molecular insights into the pathophysiology of PHH and evaluates emerging therapeutic approaches aimed at addressing its underlying mechanisms.
