Introduction: Meningiomas en Plaque (MEP) represents a rare subtype, typically affecting females and seen in the fifth decade of life, with proptosis as a common presenting symptom, posing both diagnostic and surgical challenges.
Case Presentation: A 55-year-old right-handed male presented with right hemiplegia, headache, vomiting, and frequent seizures. Neurological examination showed reduced visual acuity and right-sided exophthalmos.

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks commonly occur due to trauma or surgical procedures. Here we review CSF leak diagnosis and management in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). A systematic review of the CSF leak management in LMICs was conducted using PubMed, Google Scholar, Embase and Web of Science databases according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines.

Background: Surgery for tumors in the cerebellopontine angle is always a significant challenge due to the densely packed neurovascular structures, the narrow deep location, and the complex relationship between the lesions and surrounding neurovascular structures. Recently, great attention has been given to the neuroendoscope for its exclusive advantages, which have added a new dimension to many classical microscopic surgeries. However, the feasibility and advisability of fully endoscopic neurosurgery for cerebellopontine angle tumors remain to be further evaluated.

Lymphangiomas are localized multi-cystic malformations of the lymphatic and vascular system, primarily affecting the head and neck regions in children. Orbital lymphangiomas are not considered hamartomas because the orbit does not commonly display lymphatic vessels. In this case report, we describe a male patient who was 15 years old and presented to our medical facility with the primary complaints of having a bulging left eye, sudden chemosis of the lower conjunctiva, and pain in the left eye.
