Psychiatric disorders are highly comorbid, heritable, and genetically correlated [1-4]. The primary objective of cross-disorder psychiatric genetics research is to identify and characterize both the shared genetic factors that contribute to convergent disease etiologies and the unique genetic factors that distinguish between disorders [4, 5]. This information can illuminate the biological mechanisms underlying comorbid presentations of psychopathology, improve nosology and prediction of illness risk and trajectories, and aid the development of more effective and targeted interventions.

Unlabelled: Essential arterial hypertension (EAH) is a chronic non-communicable disease (CNCD), that develops in parallel with other pathologies of the CNCD group, the presence of which is promoted by hypodynamia with consequent disturbance of aerobic energy supply processes. These disorders include, in particular, degenerative-dystrophic processes of the locomotor system, comprising of the cervical spine. In turn, development of these processes can additionally worsen hemodynamics with disturbance of the oxygen transfer processes.

Microscopic changes in the lung biopsies of 16 adult patients of both sexes without clear clinical symptoms are described. According to X-ray examination data, disseminated process in the lungs was diagnosed in 4 patients, interstitial pneumonia in 4, osteoplastic pneumopathy in 3, as well as tuberculosis, bronchiolitis and a number of others. Microscopic examination showed that the patients had various forms of petrification and ossification of the lungs, diagnosed clinically and radiologically in only 3 cases.
