Background And Objectives: Neurosarcoidosis poses a diagnostic and management challenge due to its rarity, phenotypic variability, and lack of randomized controlled studies to guide treatment selection. Recommendations for management based on expert opinion are useful in clinical practice and provide a framework for designing prospective studies.
Methods: In this Delphi survey study, specialists with experience in managing patients with neurosarcoidosis were invited to anonymously complete 2 surveys about key elements of evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and long-term management of neurosarcoidosis.

Background: Biological therapies, including TNF-alpha, IL12/23, IL17 and IL23 antagonists, adequately control a very high number of patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis with an excellent long-term safety profile. However, on occasion, patients on biological therapy with stabilized disease or complete remission report episodes of sudden breakthrough psoriasis.
Aim: To study prospectively in a monocentric tertiary setting, the clinical characteristics of patients presenting a sudden breakthrough psoriasis although completely stabilized (PASI 90-100) under biological therapy.

Giant cell arteritis (GCA) is a chronic inflammatory vasculitis with a significant impact on vascular and patient health. It may present with non-specific symptoms and can lead to severe complications if not managed effectively. This narrative review explores the treatment of GCA with interleukin-6 (IL-6) pathway inhibitors, focusing on key studies from selected databases published between 2018 and 2024.

Background: Adolescent mental health appears to be in crisis, yet few studies have comprehensively charted the course of common mental disorders (CMDs; depression and anxiety) across this key life stage. We aimed to describe the course of CMD symptoms in adolescence by summarising annual prevalence, cumulative incidence, and course for depression and anxiety, both separately and as comorbid CMDs, by sex assigned at birth in a contemporary Australian cohort.
Methods: The Child to Adult Transition Study (CATS) was established in 2012 to form a representative cohort of adolescents in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.
