Medulloblastoma, an embryonal tumor located in the posterior fossa of the brain, originates from the neuro-epidermal layer of the cerebellum. It is the most prevalent malignant tumor in children, while it is rare in adults and predominantly affects males. Multimodal therapeutic interventions, such as surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, have substantially enhanced the prognosis of this condition. Extraneural metastases are infrequent. We present a case of medulloblastoma relapse with nodal metastasis in a 28-year-old adult.

Objective: To compare iodine density (ID) and contrast-enhanced attenuation value (CEAV) from dual-layer spectral computed tomography (DLSCT) scans of lymphomatous, metastatic squamous cell carcinoma (SCCA), and normal cervical lymph nodes.
Methods: Data including ID and CEAV were retrospectively collected from patients who underwent DLSCT of the neck between January 2020 and August 2023. Results from each group (lymphomatous, metastatic SCCA, and normal) were compared and analyzed using one-way ANOVA and receiver operating characteristic curve.

Microinvasive oral squamous cell carcinoma (MISCC) is the early stage of oral cancer that shows a breach in the basement membrane, and the depth of invasion of the tumour is limited to 0.5-2mm into the papillary stroma. A review of the available data on MISCC was conducted to formulate a management protocol for MISCC and to assess the association of MISCC with oral potentially malignant disorders.

Objective: To analyze the role of lymph node level ratio (LNLR) in predicting prognosis and the benefits of postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) in patients with pathological N1 (pN1) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
Methods: Patients with pN1 HNSCC from January 2011 to February 2021 were included. Patients were grouped by the LNLR, lymph node yield (LNY), and lymph node ratio (LNR) and were analyzed with the Kaplan-Meier method and multivariate Cox model.
