Background: This study analyzes the factors influencing the 90-day prognosis of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients after mechanical thrombectomy (MT) and established a multidimensional risk model to predict postoperative 90-day outcomes.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted for AIS patients who underwent MT at our hospital. A total of 111 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.

background: : Intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) for acute ischemic stroke (AIS) related to underlying intracranial artery dissection (IAD) poses potential risks, including the exacerbation of intramural hematoma and the rupture of the dissected arterial wall. However, the safety of IVT in this specific population remains uncertain.
aims:: This study aimed to assess whether IAD is associated with an increased risk of intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) following IVT and to evaluate its impact on functional outcomes.

Objective: To evaluate the concentrations of CC-chemokines and stable metabolites of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in patients with atherothrombotic (AT) and cardioembolic (CE) subtypes of ischemic stroke (IS) in the acute period.
Material And Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed with IS in the carotid basin were examined. Group 1 included 30 patients with AT, group 2 - 30 patients with CE subtype of IS.

Objectives The study aimed at estimating the triglyceride glucose (TyG) index in patients with ischemic stroke, exploring the correlation between the TyG index and the prognosis of ischemic stroke, and studying the clinical outcome in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) in association with the TyG index. Methods An observational study was conducted on 105 patients with a history of AIS presenting within 24 hours. The TyG index was estimated, and the clinical outcome was studied.

Background: The impact of certain comorbidities on mechanical thrombectomy (MT) outcomes remains largely unexplored. Diabetes mellitus (DM) and admission hyperglycemia have been associated with poor clinical outcomes for patients treated with MT. In this study, we sought to investigate the effects of DM and admission hyperglycemia on MT outcomes.
