Primitive defense mechanisms, particularly projective identification need to be addressed in understanding the request.

Proper nutrition is essential during pregnancy to ensure an adequate supply of nutrients to the foetus and adequate maternal weight gain. In pregnancy complicated by diabetes (both gestational and pre-gestational), diet in terms of both the intake and quality of carbohydrates is an essential factor in glycaemic control. Maternal BMI at conception defines the correct weight increase during gestation in order to reduce maternal-foetal complications related to hypo- or hyper-nutrition.

Deciding what type of health professional to be: the postural profile that is assumed in the care relationship is born from this challenge. These postures have a profound impact on the way in which care for the patient and end-of-life decisions will be developed. Broadly speaking, we can distinguish five macro postural profiles: the scientistic posture (the natural sciences are the only guide for the professional); the vitalist posture (the goal of saving the patient's life at all costs); the specialist posture (fragmentation of care managed by multiple specialists); the philanthropic posture (in which empathetic closeness to the patient prevails); the conversational posture (care "with" the patient, not "on" him).

Background: It is assumed that the tennis serve is performed according to the kinetic chain principle in which a proximal-to-distal sequence in peak angular velocities of subsequent body segments can be observed to reach high end point ball velocities. The aim of the present study was to investigate if the magnitude and (intersegmental) timing of peak angular velocities of body segments in professional tennis players are different between first and second serves and if they are associated with serve performance.
Methods: Eight (two female and six male) professional tennis players performed each 48 tennis serves on a tennis court.
