Purpose: Erectile dysfunction (ED) frequently arises as a complication of pelvic surgeries, including rectal and prostate surgery, and has no definitive cure. This study explored whether mitochondria-rich microvesicles (MVs) can be used to treat ED stemming from cavernous nerve injury (CNI) and investigated its potential mechanisms.
Methods: We isolated MVs and mitochondria (MT) from PC12.

Background: : COVID-19 can cause respiratory symptoms, as well as various complications and sequelae. This report describes a patient with worsening neurological symptoms caused by a spinal cavernous hemangioma after infection with COVID-19. Cavernous hemangioma usually occurs in the upper part of the brain (70%-90%) and rarely occurs in the spinal cord (5%-7%).

Benign vascular neoplasms, or hemangiomas, can develop anywhere in the body.As they are usually asymptomatic, they are discovered incidentally while evaluating other coexisting diseases or conditions. We herein report two cases of capillary hemangioma at two extremely rare sites.
