FOXO3a is a transcription factor involved in cell growth inhibition and apoptosis. FOXO3a is localized in the cytoplasm in cancer cells, and its nuclear translocation by small molecules is expected to prevent cancer cell growth. In this study, we screened a fungal broth library in HeLa cells using fluorescently labeled FOXO3a and an AI-based imaging system.

Objective: To explore whether radiomics analysis of pericoronary adipose tissue (PCAT) captured by coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) could discriminate unstable angina (UA) from stable angina (SA).
Methods: In this single-center retrospective case-control study, coronary CT images and clinical data from 240 angina patients were collected and analyzed. Patients with unstable angina ( = 120) were well-matched with those having stable angina ( = 120).

Spinal schwannomas are benign, slow-growing tumors originating from Schwann cells, constituting 25 to 30% of primary spinal neoplasms and most frequently arise from sensory nerve roots in the cervical or thoracic spine. 1 2 3 Although generally nonaggressive, their growth can result in significant neurological deficits due to compression of surrounding structures such as the spinal cord or nerve roots. 4 5 Patients commonly present with localized pain, muscle weakness, and sensory disturbances.
