DNA-stabilized silver nanoclusters (DNA-AgNCs) are biocompatible emitters formed by silver atoms and cations encapsulated in DNA oligomers. Here, we present an analytical approach to calculate the molar absorption coefficient () of these systems, which consists of combining UV-Vis spectroscopy, electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). A compact and robust optical excitation photoacoustic sensor with a self-integrated laser module excitation and an optimized differential resonator was developed to achieve high sensitivity and full linear range detection of carbon dioxide (CO) based on dual modes of wavelength modulated photoacoustic spectroscopy (WMPAS) and resonant frequency tracking (RFT). The integrated laser module equipped with three lasers (a quantum cascade laser (QCL), a distributed feedback laser (DFB) and a He-Ne laser) working in a time-division multiplexing mode was used as an integrated set of spectroscopic sources for detection of the designated concentration levels of CO. Barium fluoride borosilicate glass samples reinforced with varying amounts of GdO (BSBLG0-BSBLG4) have been manufactured using the conventional melt quenching procedure in order to provide additional research on the type of borosilicate glass. Structural, physical, and linear optical characteristics as well as γ-ray attenuation capacity of barium fluoride borosilicate doped with GdO was investigated. This paper performed a comprehensive study of the thermal nonequilibrium effects of CO/Ar mixtures with various degrees of N2 additions and probed the N2 relaxation behaviors via the CO rovibrational thermometry. The rovibrational temperature time histories of shock-heated CO/N2/Ar mixtures were measured via a laser-absorption technique, and the corresponding vibrational relaxation data were summarized at 1890-3490 K.
