Research on flexible strain sensors has grown rapidly and is widely applied in the fields of soft robotics, body motion detection, wearable sensors, health monitoring, and sports. In this study, MXene was successfully synthesized in powder form and combined with multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) to develop MWCNT@MXene conductive network-based flexible strain sensors with silicone rubber (SR) substrate. Combining MWCNTs with MXene as a conductive material has been shown to significantly improve the sensor performance, due to MXene's high conductivity properties that strengthen the MWCNT conductive pathway, increase sensitivity, and improve sensor stability.

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a prevalent gastrointestinal disease characterized by the chronical and refractory inflammation of colorectal mucosa and walls, which severely impairs overall well-being of individuals. Probiotics has shown tremendous promise for UC therapy due to its multifaceted mucosal barrier restoration and immunomodulation capabilities. Background: The intercondylar space is defined as the topographic area walled by the intercondylar notch (IN) and encasing the central ligaments of the knee joint. As the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is not only impinged against the roof but also against the lateral wall of the IN, information concerning changes to the IN during the progression of osteoarthritis could be potentially relevant in predicting the future risk for ACL-rupture and -degeneration and ensure preventive measures as early as possible. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of osteoarthritis on osseous notch morphology.

The addition of exogenous quorum sensing signaling molecules to the activated sludge system enables rapid sludge granulation. However, signaling molecules exposed to the environment are easily degraded, and their quorum sensing effects cannot be maintained in the long term. Therefore, they must be frequently added, which leads to an increase in operational costs.

Follicular lymphoma (FL) represents the most prevalent subtype of non-Hodgkin's-lymphoma in Western Europe and the United States. While the examination of two-dimensional histological slides remains the gold standard method for diagnosing FL stages, three-dimensional analysis provides additional insights, particularly regarding cellular morphology, spatial relationships and network connectivity. This investigation assessed the tumor-related morphological destruction of fibroreticular cell (FRC) networks bordering germinal centres in FL.
