She was found to have an incidental 2 cm pedunculated, solid, and multicystic mass attached to the pelvic floor on laparoscopy. This case report presents a unique clinical presentation of small bowel obstruction secondary to congenital partial malrotation of the gut in adults. Partial malrotation may have variable clinical presentations and this case highlights a constellation of patient history, radiographic signs, and operative findings leading to appropriate diagnosis and successful surgical management. A 56-year-old female patient presented with severe abdominal pain, nausea, and anorexia.

This report describes a rare case of relapsed multiple myeloma in the gastrointestinal tract with aberrant CD3 expression. Upon admission for acute renal failure, the patient had abnormal computed tomography scan findings of the abdomen and pelvis. Subsequent colonoscopy found numerous polyps and masses.
