By gaining a better understanding of the pathophysiology of colonic inertia, we can improve the quality of life for individuals affected by this condition. Our study employs a comprehensive approach, combining clinical observation during pancolectomy, histopathological analyses performed by pathologists, and detailed investigation to unravel the complex interplay of factors affecting colonic motility.
