Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is characterized by the absence of hormones and growth factor receptors. It is typically responsive to anthracycline/taxol-based conventional chemotherapy. However, major therapeutic limitations include systemic toxicity and acquired resistance to chemotherapeutics.

Nrf2 plays a critical role in regulating cytoprotective transcriptional responses and glucose metabolism while also preventing inflammation-induced carcinogenesis. However, Nrf2 can paradoxically promote carcinogenesis. Here, we aimed to elucidate the role of Nrf2 in ATL associated with HTLV-1.

Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common and aggressive malignant tumor of the central nervous system, characterized by high morbidity and invasive potential, necessitating urgent development of novel therapeutic strategies. Studies have shown that colony stimulating factor-1 receptor (CSF1R) is abnormally expressed in a variety of solid tumors, which is closely related to the development of tumor cells. In this study, the CSF1R/cell membrane Chromatographic model was successfully constructed, and was used to screen active compounds targeting CSF1R from more than 60 compounds.

Tubulin polyglutamylation is a posttranslational modification that occurs primarily along the axoneme of cilia. Defective axoneme polyglutamylation impairs cilia function and has been correlated with ciliopathies, including Joubert Syndrome (JBTS). However, the precise mechanisms regulating proper axoneme polyglutamylation remain vague.
