Sensitive and accurate determination of acetamiprid is highly desirable for guaranteeing food safety. In this Letter, an energy-transfer-based dual-mode biosensor was developed using zinc-based metal-organic frameworks (Zn-MOFs) acting as both photoelectrochemical (PEC) and electrochemiluminescent (ECL) donors and Pt@CuO cubic nanocrystals (CNs) as the energy acceptor for detecting acetamiprid. By integration of aptamer recognition with two-step DNA circuit amplification (entropy-driven DNA cycle and DNA walker), the detection of acetamiprid was converted into the assay of abundant intermediate DNA strands.

Conducting polymers have emerged as promising active materials for metasurfaces due to their electrically tunable states and large refractive index modulation. However, existing approaches are often limited to infrared operation or single-polymer systems, restricting their versatility. In this Letter, we present organic metasurfaces featuring dual conducting polymers, polyaniline (PANI) and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT), to achieve contrasting dynamic optical responses at visible frequencies.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), the most common B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma rarely presents with circulating lymphoma cells (CL) at diagnosis. One Health is an integrative approach aiming to achieve optimal health outcomes by recognizing the interconnection between humans, animals, and the environment. This study explores the understanding, perspectives, hurdles, and implications of intersectoral collaboration within Pakistan's human health system, focusing on One Health principles. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed, involving 17 key informant interviews with purposively selected stakeholders from public health, agriculture, veterinary medicine, agriculture and environmental science.
