A healthy 28-year-old woman, presenting with a chronic cough for approximately 6 months, was referred for echocardiography. The images revealed the presence of two masses in each atrium without an inter-atrial septal defect. No additional abnormalities were detected during the clinical examinations. Subsequently, the patient underwent a successful surgical procedure for the removal of the cardiac masses.

Background: Myxomas are uncommon and benign cardiac neoplasms that can present with various cardiac, systemic, embolic, or without symptoms depending on their location and size. Very few cases of large, truly biatrial, or tumours connected via the cardiac atria have been reported throughout the years.
Case Summary: We present an unusual case of an apparently healthy 25-year-old French woman, who presented with dyspnoea at Munich's Octoberfest.

Background: Multiple myxomas are rare and often associated with Carney syndrome. We present a giant left atrial myxoma that passes through a patent foramen ovale (PFO), mimicking biatrial myxoma.
Case Summary: A 46-year-old female was admitted to the hospital with a cardiac neoplasm without symptoms.

Objectives: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the port access approach for left atrial (LA) myxoma resection and to analyze the learning curve for this procedure.
Methods: Thirty-six consecutive patients with LA myxoma who underwent port access surgery between April 2018 and March 2023 were enrolled in this retrospective study. The procedure included (1) unilateral or bilateral femoral artery cannulation; (2) the use of three 5-mm trocars and a 20- to 30-mm port; (3) a transseptal, biatrial, or LA approach depending on the location of the tumor base; and (4) complete or subendocardial tumor resection.

A 31-year-old female patient with a previous history of Carney complex and surgical resection for cardiac myxoma and bilateral adrenalectomy at 18 years old and 10 and 11 years old, respectively, was referred to our department with a diagnosis of recurrent biatrial myxomas incidentally discovered on echography. A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) confirmed the diagnosis of a tumor protruding into the left ventricle, and the patient underwent a surgical resection of a large left atrial mass and a right-sided atrial small tumor. Diagnosis of bilateral atrial myxomas was confirmed by histologic studies.
