The aim of the present study was to evaluate the occurrence of synchronous or metachronous hematologic and gynecologic malignancies. The medical database of the pathology department at a tertiary center was searched from 2016 to 2024 for cases involving both hematologic and gynecologic tumors. A literature search using Google Scholar and PubMed was also conducted between May and June 2024.

Background And Objectives: Multiple primary malignant tumors represent a small percentage of the total number of oncological cases and can involve either metachronous or synchronous development and represent challenges in diagnosis, staging, and treatment planning. Our purpose is to present a rare case of bladder adenocarcinoma in a female patient with multiple primary malignant tumors and to provide systematic review of the available literature.
Materials And Methods: A 67-year-old female patient was admitted with altered general condition and anuria.

Background: Posterior retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy (PRA) for isolated adrenal metastasis is minimally invasive, may prolong survival and improve quality of life. The current evidence base is scant.
Methods: A multi-site retrospective analysis of all cases of PRA for adrenal metastasis between 2011 and 2023, by four high-volume adrenal surgeons was performed.
Introduction: Advances in diagnostic technologies have resulted in an increase in patients with synchronous cancers. We report robotic hemicolectomy and robotic partial nephrectomy via a posterior approach.
Case Presentation: A 72-year-old woman presented with synchronous ascending colon and right kidney cancers.

Background: Synchronous occurrence of prostate cancer (PCa) and renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is uncommon. RCC has a higher tendency to metastasize to the adrenal glands, renal hilar, and retroperitoneal lymph nodes compared to PCa. To date, there are no documented cases existing where metastatic tumors in these regions, observed in patients concurrently with PCa and RCC, have originated from the PCa rather than the RCC.
