Background: The National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA) in Saudi Arabia underscores the importance of assessing student satisfaction to ensure program quality. No previous studies have explored the satisfaction levels of dental students enrolled in clinical Periodontics courses at King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS). This study aims to assess dental students' satisfaction with clinical Periodontics courses and to explore potential differences in satisfaction based on gender and academic level.

Purpose: The impact of weight cycling (WC)-successive weight loss (WL) and weight regain (WG)-on athlete performance is well documented, but effects on appetite are not. This study assessed the impact of a WC episode on dietary and appetitive profiles in athletes, considering sex and sport type.
Methods: Athletes (28 male, 20 female) from combat (n = 23), strength (n = 12), and endurance (n = 13) sports participated in 3 conditions during a WC episode (baseline, WL, WG).

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) methylation (DNAm) clocks estimate biological age according to DNA methylation. This study investigated the associations between measures of physical function and physical performance and ten DNAm clocks in the oldest-old in Singapore. The SG90 cohort included a subset of community-dwelling oldest-old from the Singapore Chinese Health Study (SCHS) and Singapore Longitudinal Ageing Study (SLAS).
