Ulnar side wrist pain is a complex clinical situation because of the pathologies involving multiple closely located structures on the ulnar side of the wrist. Incidence of osseous lesions leading to ulnar side wrist pain is very rare. The effectiveness of commonly employed Magnetic resonance imaging, for diagnosing the pathology in the ulnar side of the wrist might be limited in diagnosing such osseous lesions and can lead to missed diagnosis. We herein present such a rare case of Osteoid osteoma of the hook of hamate presenting as ulnar side wrist pain. The condition, presented a "diagnostic challenge", where it required Computed Tomography to diagnose and guide for appropriate management.

The main objective of this case and video is to demonstrate the surgical technique of navigated full-endoscopic decompression and sequestrectomy at the C7-T1 level to alleviate C8 nerve root compression and manage cervicobrachialgia. Cervicobrachialgia resulting from C7-T1 disc herniation is a quite rare yet painful condition that can significantly impair motor function in the upper limb. Traditionally, open surgeries can be invasive, with prolonged recovery times and/or fusion of the level with adjacent segment disease.

Arterial variations in the upper limb are of significant clinical importance, especially in procedures such as venepunctures, coronary artery bypass grafts, trauma reconstructive surgeries, brachial plexus nerve blocks, and breast reconstructions. This report presents previously undocumented arterial variations in the upper limbs in a 95-year-old female cadaveric donor. We observed bilateral superficial ulnar arteries originating at the cubital fossa, deviating from the previously reported origin at the proximal brachial artery.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the fragment size in relation to the UCL footprint size in patients with an avulsion fracture injury and to find risk factors associated with surgical treatment.
Methods: In a cohort of avulsion fracture injury patients, the largest side of the fragment was divided by the average reported UCL footprint size (ff-ratio), and a logistic regression was performed to find variables associated with surgery.
