Purpose: The aim of this study is to obtain the anatomical limits of the parapharyngeal space by transoral surgical approach, in order to objectively determine the types of lesions according to location, where this type of approach is more indicated.
Methods: A prospective, experimental, radio-anatomical study was performed on 10 cryopreserved human heads(20 sides). A transoral approach of the parapharyngeal space was performed determining its anatomical limits by CT navigation.

Midline Anterior Neck Inclusion Cysts (MANICs) are rare congenital anomalies caused by improper embryonic fusion. These superficial benign lesions typically appear yellowish and cystic without deeper anatomic connections. We describe an 11-month-old boy with a stable, asymptomatic, yellow, elastic cystic lesion on the midline of the anterior neck, measuring 4 mm and present since shortly after birth.

Introduction And Importance: Oral Lymphangioma is a rare benign tumor that arises from the lymphatic vessels in oral cavity. It is a development defect in the lymphatic system, which is less common than other types of vascular anomalies, and the incidence in the general population is very low, especially in the oral cavity. It typically presents as soft, painless swelling, often found on the tongue, lips or floor or the mouth.
