Introduction: The subject of this article is the discovery of dento-dental disharmony (DDD) at the end of treatment. Lack of diagnosis is the source of this type of disappointment.
Material And Method: The diagnosis of DDD is not easily accessible on clinical examination and the compensations it generates mask it, especially if it is associated with other dysmorphoses. The use of indices, the best-known of which is Bolton's, enables diagnosis with the setup, a pre-treatment model which also has many other prognostic interests.
Results: Once DDD has been considered, it can be resolved by adapting dental volumes, either by subtraction or addition.
Conclusion: Advances in computerized diagnosis with artificial intelligence are opening up new avenues for the systematic diagnosis of DDD.

Purpose: To assess the preferential sites of retinal capillary occlusion at the parafovea in patients with sickle cell disease (SCD) using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A).
Methods: OCT-A scans from 107 patients with SCD and 51 race-matched unaffected controls were obtained using a commercial spectral domain-OCT system. At least eight sequential 3 × 3 mm scans centered at the fovea were acquired and averaged for image analysis.

Background: Dense deposit disease (DDD) is a rare renal disorder major affecting adolescents and children, characterized by an absence of distinctive clinical symptoms. Its coexistence with other renal conditions complicates both diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice.
Case Presentation: We described a 15-year-old male adolescent presenting with nephrotic syndrome as the initial manifestation, with urinalysis indicating significantly elevated protein and erythrocytes.

Multiple myeloma (MM) is the second most frequently diagnosed hematological malignancy, presenting limited treatment options with no curative potential and significant drug resistance. Recent studies involving genetic knockdown established the crucial role of GRK6 in upholding the viability of MM cells, emphasizing the need to identify potential inhibitors. Computational exploration of GRK6 inhibitors has not been attempted previously.

Purpose: We sought to evaluate outcomes for clinical management after a genetic diagnosis from the Deciphering Developmental Disorders study.
Methods: Individuals in the Deciphering Developmental Disorders study who had a pathogenic/likely pathogenic genotype in the DECIPHER database were selected for inclusion ( = 5010). Clinical notes from regional clinical genetics services notes were reviewed to assess predefined clinical outcomes relating to interventions, prenatal choices, and information provision.
This study aimed to delineate trends in intervertebral disc degeneration among Mexican patients, specifically focusing on the distribution and correlation between BMI and Pfirrmann classification results within the Mexican population. Conducted using the public health database of Mexico City. The study involved 51 patients sampled via convenience sampling, with exclusive utilization of internal MRI data from L4-L5 and L5-S1 discs.
