Angioleiomyoma is a benign soft-tissue tumor that rarely develops in the respiratory tract. Here, we report a case of a 51-year-old female with an angioleiomyoma developed in the left lobar bronchial branch and extended to the left principal bronchus, causing nonspecific symptoms, and not visible on the chest X-ray examination. The suspected diagnosis was established by high-resolution computed tomography and confirmed by the histological evaluation of the endoscopically removed lesion.

Endobronchial leiomyomas are rare benign neoplasms of the lungs that arise from the smooth muscle cells of the bronchi and bronchioles. While surgical resection is the mainstay of treatment for these tumors, bronchoscopic interventional therapies are also effective and can help preserve lung function in certain cases. A 40-year-old male patient presented with a persistent cough and sputum production for over 4 months.

Solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are rare mesenchymal neoplasms constituting less than 2% of all soft tissue tumors. They typically originate in the thoracic cavity, mainly in the pleura, but can also occur in other various sites such as lung parenchyma, pericardium, and bronchus. In this study, a 49-year-old non-smoking female with a history of allergies presented to our pulmonary clinic with a chronic cough.

Smooth muscle tumors of uncertain malignant potential, the borderline tumors arising from the smooth muscle cells, usually grow slowly and do not fulfill the diagnostic criteria of leiomyosarcoma and its variants, but may behave in a malignant manner. A 15-year-old female patient with an endobronchial mass in the left main bronchus on thoracic computed tomography underwent thoracotomy and tracheobronchoplasty with a wide and safe margin. Histopathological evaluation revealed a smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential.
