Background: In the United States, a growing number of lung transplants are performed each year, necessitating an increased number of general and transplant pulmonologists skilled in the care of these complex patients. However, pulmonary and critical care medicine (PCCM) fellowships across the country do not universally have dedicated lung transplantation curricula, and there is scarce literature in this area. We describe the generation of a content outline for curriculum development created through modified electronic Delphi methodology.

Orthopaedic surgeons are frequently involved in treating patients with conditions resulting from occupational injuries or trauma from motor vehicle collisions. These circumstances may lead to disputes that are subject to litigation or medicolegal determinations by state agencies. As musculoskeletal experts, orthopaedic surgeons are frequently asked to opine on the causation and extent of injury in these patients.

Introduction: The number of vertical artefacts (VAs) in lung ultrasound (LUS) impacts patients' clinical management. This study aimed to demonstrate the influence of ultrasound settings on the number of VAs in patients under invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV).
Methods: Patients under IMV were recruited for LUS, including three breathing cycles with a motionless curvilinear probe on the thoracic region with the most VAs.

Introduction: The use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) has begun to permeate most industries, including medicine, and patients will inevitably start using these large language model (LLM) chatbots as a modality for education. As healthcare information technology evolves, it is imperative to evaluate chatbots and the accuracy of the information they provide to patients and to determine if there is variability between them.
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy and comprehensiveness of three chatbots in addressing questions related to endometriosis and determine the level of variability between them.
