Introduction: We performed autologous rectus abdominis fascia sling surgery using Advantage™ following an unsuccessful synthetic midurethral sling.
Case Presentation: At the age of 76 years, the patient experienced stress urinary incontinence recurrence. A 1-h pad test resulted in 259 g of leakage. A pressure flow study verified urine leakage while coughing and straining without detrusor overactivity. Abdominal leak point pressure was 10 cmHO. Autologous rectus abdominis fascia sling surgery was performed using Advantage™. One month postoperatively, a 1-h pad test resulted in 0 g of leakage.
Conclusion: We believe that this method will allow the fascia sling procedure to be performed reliably even if one is unfamiliar with conventional autologous rectus abdominis fascia sling surgery.

Aim: This study aimed to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of autologous fascial pubovaginal sling (AFPVS) surgery in treating recurrent stress urinary incontinence (SUI) following the failure of mid-urethral sling procedures.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of SUI patients who underwent AFPVS at our hospital between 2008 June and 2024 June following the failure of mid-urethral sling procedures. The analysis included basic information, surgical parameters, and postoperative complications.

Lower lip malposition can occur after anterior mandibular resection as a result of the loss of soft tissue lip attachments. We report our technique of cranial suspension of the lower lip with fascia lata slings to improve lip position. Correction of lip ptosis results in cessation of drooling, improved oral intake, and restoration of facial aesthetics.

Objective: To compare the clinical and operative outcomes of transobturator hybrid tape versus synthetic tapes during mid-urethral sling in treating female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).
Patients And Methods: This prospective randomized study included 63 women with SUI. Patients were categorized into two groups: Group I included 32 patients who underwent midurethral sling procedure using hybrid tape; and Group II included 31 patients that had synthetic sling, using transobturator tape approach (TOT) in both groups.

Purpose: To determine the pre-operative, peri-operative, or post-operative risk factors that contribute to pediatric frontalis sling infection or exposure.
Methods: Retrospective study of 193 eyelids that underwent silicone-rod frontalis sling surgery at a single institution between 2014 and 2019.
Results: A total of 222 eyelids were originally identified.
