Biosensors are the devices that find application in almost every field nowadays. In this paper, GaN MOSHEMT based biosensor is proposed for detection of biomolecules such as ChOx, protein, streptavidin and Uricase. The effect of biomolecule species on the performance parameters of the device has been studied. It has been observed that there is a significant increase in the drain current and g is observed with the addition of biomolecule in the nanocavity. The electron concentration contour is studied which shows the rise of carrier concentration with biomolecule. Maximum positive shift is observed in threshold voltage for Uricase due to lowest dielectric constant. Similarly, the change in transconductance is also obtained with biomolecules. The effect of cavity dimensions on sensitivity is also studied. The maximum increase of 10% in channel potential is noted due biomolecule presence in the cavity. This device has shown good sensing and can be used for biosensing applications efficiently in addition to the high power performance of MOS-HEMTs.

High-throughput measurement of cellular traction forces at the nanoscale remains a significant challenge in mechanobiology, limiting our understanding of how cells interact with their microenvironment. Here, we present a novel technique for fabricating protein nanopatterns in standard multiwell microplate formats (96/384-wells), enabling the high-throughput quantification of cellular forces using DNA tension gauge tethers (TGTs) amplified by CRISPR-Cas12a. Our method employs sparse colloidal lithography to create nanopatterned surfaces with feature sizes ranging from sub 100 to 800 nm on transparent, planar, and fully PEGylated substrates.

Characterizing the movement of biomolecules in single cells quantitatively is essential to understanding fundamental biological mechanisms. RNA fluorescent in situ hybridization (RNA-FISH) is a technique for visualizing RNA in fixed cells using fluorescent probes. Automated processing of the resulting images is essential for large datasets.

Detection of biomolecules, Glutathione (GSH) in particular, is important because it helps assess antioxidant capacity, cellular protection, detoxification processes, and potential disease associations. Monitoring glutathione levels can provide valuable information about overall health and well-being. Many medical disorders have been connected to glutathione levels.

The presence of cells in urine and in particular White Blood Cells (WBCs) is often associated with Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) and other diseases. Non-invasive screening of WBCs requires the development of cost-effective point of care diagnostic tools. Infrared (IR) spectroscopy has the potential to identify and quantify cells in urine.

The phytochemical profile of various plant species reveals that some compounds possess notable antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. In this study we investigated for the first time, the antioxidant activity (FRAP, DPPH and TAC), total phenolic contents and total flavonoid contents of Delile ex Godr flowers extracts (-hexane, ethyl acetate and methanol) as well as their antimicrobial activity. The results obtained showed that the methanol extract contained the highest content of total phenolics (346.
