Currently, there are no curative treatments for Alzheimer's Disease. It is crucial to develop screening tools that detect early signs of decline, allowing for timely interventions that may impede the progression of cognitive impairment. Neurospective is a mobile application platform designed to facilitate the early detection of cognitive decline, including mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and pre-clinical Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD).

Background: "Digital health" is a broad term that encompasses a heterogeneous set of scientific concepts and technologies. While digital health tools have the potential to contribute to better health and health care for individuals and communities, they also pose ethical challenges - particularly in the context of Alzheimer's Disease and Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (AD/ADRD). There is no single established ethical framework, however, to aid individuals in evaluating the ethical dimensions of digital health tools in the context of AD/ADRD.

Introduction Following the COVID-19 pandemic, there was adoption of virtual psychotherapy. There are a number of benefits and drawbacks to telehealth video conferencing that are experienced by both clients and clinicians. The current qualitative study sought to outline the advantages and disadvantages that clients and clinicians have personally experienced in virtual versus in-person therapy in an effort to identify the reasons for which one medium may be preferred over another.
