However, adolescents usually prefer sweetened dairy products and show a low consumption of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and pulses. This paper investigates some properties of the large time behaviour of the solutions of a spatially distributed system of equations modelling the evolutionary epidemiology of a plant-pathogen system. The model takes into account the phenotypic trait and the mutation of the pathogen, which is described by a non-local operator. We roughly speaking prove that the solutions separate the phenotype trait from the spatio-temporal evolution in the large time asymptotic.

Background: Determinants and motives related to food selection have evolved in a globalized and changing world. The traditional and useful Food Choice Questionnaire (FCQ), created in 1995, needs to be updated, adapted to new scenarios, and validated.
Objectives: This study aimed to: (1) assess face validity (FV) of the original 36-item FCQ, (2) generate an Updated-FCQ (U-FCQ) and assess its content validity (CV) (instrument suitability), and (3) evaluate its construct validity and reliability in a Spanish-speaking population from Mexico.
