Background: Beyond physical health, managing type 1 diabetes (T1D) also encompasses a psychological component, including diabetes distress, that is, the worries, fears, and frustrations associated with meeting self-care demands over the lifetime. While digital health solutions have been increasingly used to address emotional health in diabetes, these technologies may not uniformly meet the unique concerns and technological savvy across all age groups.
Objective: This study aimed to explore the mental health needs of adolescents with T1D, determine their preferred modalities for app-based mental health support, and identify desirable design features for peer-delivered mental health support modeled on an app designed for adults with T1D.

It is generally accepted that curves > 50° have the highest risk of progression, but less well described is what happens with mild to moderate curves. Drug-resistant diseases cause numerous deaths globally a year, and antibiotic stewardship is a cornerstone in fighting antibiotic resistance. This study focuses on tracking the antibiotic prescribing practices in Palestine and improving future antibiotic prescribing.

Methods: Relevant studies were collected from PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane, and Embase databases, from inception to 15 October 2023. The search formula was as follow: "cefiderocol", "S-649266", "Gram-Negative Bacteria", "Gram Negative Bacteria", "Klebsiella pneumoniae", "Hyalococcus pneumoniae", and "Bacterium pneumoniae proposal".

Pediatric central nervous system (CNS) tumors represent 20-25% of childhood malignancies, with 35-40 new cases annually in Slovakia. Despite treatment advances, high mortality and poor quality of life in a lot of cases persist. This study assesses the clinical features, treatment modalities, and survival rates of pediatric CNS tumor patients in the single largest center in Slovakia.
