: The imaging of the paranasal sinuses has advanced from plain X-ray films to CT and MRI. This advancement in the radiological field helps to yield more accurate information and aids in arriving at a proper differential diagnosis, especially for rhinosinusitis. However, CT should be used cautiously among patients considering its effects due to radiation. : This study aims to correlate the pre-operative radiological findings with the intraoperative functional endoscopic sinus surgery findings in a series of 100 cases. : A retrospective case series was conducted among 100 cases who had complaints relating to nose and paranasal sinuses in a tertiary care hospital, Chengalpattu. Their symptoms, clinical examination, pre-operative radiological findings, and intra operative findings have been recorded. The collected data was analyzed for correlation and agreement between pre-operative radiological findings and intraoperative findings. : Almost all the CT revealed pathologies like polyps, mucosal thickening, and anatomical variations. However, intraoperatively, only 64.5% had mucosal thickening and 23.6% had polyps. Poor to acceptable correlation has been reported among patients with OMC obstruction, polyps, and mucosal thickening, respectively. Yet, no agreement was seen between pre-operative radiological and intraoperative findings. : Endoscopy remains the most valuable test to diagnose, confirm the severity and manage sinus related diseases.

Background: Specific image defined risk factors (IDRF) immediately prior to surgery may be more relevant to paediatric oncology surgeons than pre-neoadjuvant IDRFs at diagnosis. The aim of this study was to determine IDRF subtypes that independently predict postoperative complications.
Methods: We searched the New Zealand Children's Cancer Registry for all cases of neuroblastoma treated at a single paediatric oncology centre between January 2007 and February 2021 and determined the IDRF status on pre-operative imaging at diagnosis and after neoadjuvant therapy.

Background: Non-union of fracture of tibia is often associated with multiple problems like infection, deformity, bone loss, and soft tissue loss. Ilizarov is a worldwide accepted treatment for infected non-union of tibia, but correlation of patient-rated outcome measures with surgeon-assessed clinical and radiological outcomes is not being done in the literature.
Objectives: To analyze the variables affecting clinical and radiological outcomes and patient-reported outcomes (EQ5D5L) and to assess correlation between patient-reported outcome measures and ASAMI scores during management of infected nonunion of tibia with Ilizarov ring fixator.

Objective: Evaluation of prognostic factors is crucial in patients with endometrial cancer for optimal treatment planning and prognosis assessment. This study proposes a deep learning pipeline for tumor and uterus segmentation from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images to predict deep myometrial invasion and cervical stroma invasion and thus assist clinicians in pre-operative workups.
Methods: Two experts consensually reviewed the MRIs and assessed myometrial invasion and cervical stromal invasion as per the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics staging classification, to compare the diagnostic performance of the model with the radiologic consensus.

Purpose: To comprehensively compare the diagnostic ability and inter-reader agreement of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings for predicting massive hemorrhage after cesarean section in patients with placental malposition, aiming to identify the most reliable and objective indicators.
Methods: Totally, 148 consecutive patients with placental malposition underwent MRI and cesarean section at our hospital between January 2014 and July 2021. The patients were divided into massive and non-massive hemorrhage groups.

Background: Little is known about the very long-term outcome in Tetralogy of Fallot (ToF) patients.
Objectives: To prospectively evaluate clinical outcome and quality-of-life after surgical repair of ToF.
Methods: Single-centre, longitudinal cohort-study evaluating every decade 144 ToF patients who underwent surgical repair <15 years of age between 1968 and 1980.
