In the present study we report data about antioxidant (DPPH, -Carotene, reducing power), anti-inflammatory (xylene-induced ear oedema in mice (76 ± 1.0%) and membrane stabilisation (100%)) and antimicrobial ( ATCC25922, ATCC25923, ATCC27853 and ATCC62506) activities of the ethanolic extract from the Algerian P. Gaertn., B. Mey. & Scherb (CME). The LC-ESIMS analysis of CME chemical profile allowed to identify antirrhinoside (), catalpol (), linarioside (), glucosyringic acid (), angoroside C (), apigenin 7--glucoside (), acacetin 7---D-glucopyranoside (), apigenin (), chrysoeriol 7-rutinoside (), diosmin () and linarin (). The evaluated total phenolic and flavonoid contents support the biological activities.
