Published: October 2023

We present a genome assembly from an individual female (digger wasp; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Crabronidae). The genome sequence is 260.3 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 14 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 27.05 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 9,835 protein coding genes.
