BACKGROUND Primary cutaneous lymphomas (PCL) are a multifaceted spectrum of cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) and cutaneous B cell lymphomas (CBCL). Chediak-Higashi syndrome (CHS) is a rare multisystem genetic disorder of childhood, caused by a defect in vesicular trafficking, which is an essential process for intracellular transport. This defect results in the formation of giant cytoplasmic granules in various cell types, including white blood cells, melanosomes, and Schwann cells. The presence of giant lysosomal granules in neutrophils and their precursors is a distinct and diagnostic feature of CHS, differentiating it from other childhood immunodeficiency disorders, such as Griscelli syndrome and Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome, which share common characteristics like albinism and increased susceptibility to fatal hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.

Although secondary intention healing (SIH) is a fundamental aspect of postoperative care following Mohs micrographic ssurgery (MMS), it is currently underutilized. SIH constitutes a safe, cost-effective, and versatile method for wound closure. SIH offers multiple advantages, including enhanced cancer surveillance, reduced pain, and promosing esthetic outcomes, particularly not only on certain anatomical regions such as the medial canthus, antihelix, temple, or alar crease, but also for relatively small and superficial defects on the eyelids, ears, lips, and nose, including the alar region, and defects on the hands dorsal regions.

Nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis (NLCS) is a rare dermatological condition characterized by ectopic mature adipocytes in the dermis. The classic variety presents multiple clustered skin-colored nodules, while the solitary form is a single papule or nodule. We report the case of a 25-year-old female who presented with multiple cerebriform nodules coalescing into a large plaque over the left iliac region that developed over 17 months.
