Introduction And Importance: Uterine smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP) is rare tumor, and regarded as sub-classification in uterine smooth muscle tumors between benign and malignant criteria. They represent a heterogeneous group of rare tumors.

Presentation Of Case: We report a case of a STUMP tumor in a fifty-three-year-old patient who underwent surgery for a hysterectomy.

Discussion: STUMP often presents with nonspecific clinical manifestation the only confirmatory examination is anatomopathological and may be supported by immunohistochemistry, hysterectomy is currently considered the gold standard of treatment.

Conclusion: Uterine STUMP tumor represents a therapeutic dilemma. A multidisciplinary approach is mandatory.

Perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas) are a rare group of mesenchymal neoplasms composed of perivascular epithelioid cells. While commonly found in the kidney, uterus, and soft tissues, PEComas of the liver are exceedingly rare.  We present a case of a PEComa incidentally discovered in a 73-year-old female patient undergoing evaluation for abdominal pain.

Background: Preclinical studies have documented the role of alpha-adrenergic agonists in myometrial contraction. Phenylephrine is frequently used to prevent and treat post-spinal hypotension during cesarean delivery. We hypothesized phenylephrine would reduce postpartum blood loss due to alpha-1 receptor-mediated uterine and vascular smooth muscle contraction.

Background:  Uterine fibroids are benign gynecological tumours that arise in the uterine smooth muscle tissue and are characterized by the production of excessive quantities of extracellular matrix. Various therapeutic options, from medical management to surgical intervention, exist for uterine fibroids, for which homeopathy has emerged as a promising therapeutic option in patient-centered care.

Case History:  A 40-year-old woman presented with complaints of heavy menstrual bleeding, with pain in the pelvic region and back.

Uterine leiomyomas are common noncancerous hormonally-dependent neoplasms comprised of uterine smooth-muscle cells and fibroblasts. Despite their significant impact on morbidity, effective non-hormonal medical treatments are lacking. In vitro studies have identified the Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK/STAT) signaling pathway as a promising target in leiomyoma cells.
