To explore the relationship between social status perception, professional identity, and work engagement among nurses involved in blood purification, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the professional identity and work engagement of blood purification nurses. A convenient sampling method was used to distribute questionnaires to 81 nurses specializing in blood purification in Beijing. The MacArthur scale was used to verify the social status perception of the study subjects.
