Background And Purpose: Degenerative cervical myelopathy (DCM) is the most common cause of spinal cord (SC) dysfunction. In routine clinical practice, SC changes are well depicted using conventional MRI, especially T2-weighted imaging. However, this modality usually fails to provide satisfactory clinico-radiological correlations.

Purpose: To develop and validate a radiomic model for differentiating pulmonary invasive adenocarcinomas from benign lesions based on follow-up longitudinal CT images.
Methods: This is a retrospective study including 336 patients (161 with invasive adenocarcinomas and 175 with benign lesions) who underwent baseline (T0) and follow-up (T1) CT scans from January 2016 to June 2022. The patients were randomized in a 7:3 ratio into training and test sets.

Background And Objectives: Previous reports of patients with myelitis associated with rheumatologic disease may have had unrecognized aquaporin-4 (AQP4)-IgG seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) or myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG)-IgG-associated disease (MOGAD). We clinicoradiologically and serologically characterized patients with myelitis associated with rheumatologic disease evaluated in the era of availability of MOG-IgG and more sensitive AQP4-IgG cell-based assays.
Methods: A retrospective cohort (2018-2023) at Johns Hopkins Medicine with diagnoses of myelopathy and rheumatologic comorbidity was identified by electronic medical record (EMR) query.

Purpose: To retrospectively analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the diagnosis, mortality rate, and survival period of malignant bronchial and lung neoplasms in the Burgos region, with the aim of promoting the development of strategies to improve cancer care management during health crises, highlighting the importance of non-pharmacological approaches to mitigate the negative impacts of future pandemics on lung cancer patients.
Methods: This retrospective, longitudinal, single-center study was conducted in Burgos from 2019 to 2021. Participants included all patients diagnosed with malignant bronchial and lung neoplasms by the Pneumology unit of Complejo Asistencial Universitario de Burgos during the year immediately before and the year immediately after 31 March 2020, the official start date of the pandemic.

Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) is diagnosed by serum MOG-immunoglobulin G (MOG-IgG) in association with typical demyelination. 111/1127 patients with paired CSF/serum samples were seropositive for MOG-IgG. Only 7/1016 (0.
