We developed an AI system capable of automatically classifying anterior eye images as either normal or indicative of corneal diseases. This study aims to investigate the influence of AI's misleading guidance on ophthalmologists' responses. This cross-sectional study included 30 cases each of infectious and immunological keratitis.

Translating biological knowledge from Arabidopsis to crop species is important to advance agriculture and secure food production in the face of dwindling fertilizer resources and biotic and abiotic stresses. However, it is often not trivial to identify functional homologs (orthologs) of Arabidopsis genes in crops. Combining sequence and expression data can improve the correct prediction of orthologs.

Objectives: Multiplex immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (mIHC/IF) are emerging technologies that can be used to help define complex immunophenotypes in tissue, quantify immune cell subsets, and assess the spatial arrangement of marker expression. mIHC/IF assays require concerted efforts to optimize and validate the multiplex staining protocols prior to their application on slides. The best practice guidelines for staining and validation of mIHC/IF assays across platforms were previously published by this task force.

Purpose: Surface Guided Radiation Treatment (SGRT) is a new method of positioning and monitoring patients on the linear accelerator's couch, using visual light cameras to monitor the skin's surface. The purpose of this study was to compare the SGRT with the conventional method, based on lasers and tattoos, in terms of accuracy and time expenditure, on patients with pelvic malignancies.
Materials And Methods: A group of 34 patients were enrolled in this study, 24 males who underwent radiotherapy prostate treatment and 10 females who underwent gynecological radiation therapy.
