Background: The Andaman and Nicobar Islands reported the first coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) case on March 26, 2020. This study aimed to describe the epidemiological and clinical profiles of COVID-19 mortality that occurred during the first and second waves of COVID-19 pandemic and to compare the differences between them.
Materials And Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study carried out among COVID-19 patients admitted at GB Pant Hospital, Port Blair.

Introduction: Adenoid basal cell carcinoma is a rare cervical malignancy which is indolent in nature but resembles more commonly occurring aggressive malignancies.
Cases: Here we describe three cases of cervical adenoid basal cell carcinoma. All patients had a history of cervical dysplasia with high-risk HPV.

Oral pigmentation can arise from various factors, including physiological and pathological, or as a manifestation of an underlying systemic disease. We present an atypical case of dermal filler-related complication, in which clinical lip pigmentation was observed. This condition can pose a diagnostic challenge in accurately identifying its cause.

Primary clear cell adenocarcinoma (CCA) of the urinary bladder is a rare and aggressive malignancy. Few reports in the literature describe this presentation, as associated with malignant transformation of endometriosis. This case highlights the complex etiology of this variant of CCA, initially diagnosed using comprehensive imaging and genetic analysis, and subsequently confirmed through extensive surgical intervention and chemotherapy.
