ITA and Beast methods were used to quantitatively analyze the nonlinear process of a PM concentration time series based on the PM concentration data of the three major urban agglomerations in China. The results showed that: ① the degree of the PM pollution in the three major urban agglomerations had decreased, and the high-concentration areas had noticeably shrunk. The degree of spatial polarization of PM concentration was reduced, and the spatial difference was narrowed. The PM concentration in most areas showed downward trends, but the degree of change was not the same. Compared with the YRD and PRD, the concentration of PM in the BTH was still at a relatively high level. ② The concentration of PM in the three major urban agglomerations had seasonal variation characteristics that were high in winter and spring and low in summer and autumn. There were obvious differences in PM concentration between winter and summer, and the convergence of PM concentration in summer was greater than that in winter. Areas with high PM concentration also had obvious downward trends, but the downward trends of PM concentration in the PRD were not obvious compared with those in the YRD and BTH. ③ The PM concentration time series of the three major urban agglomerations all had significant downward trends: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) > the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) > the Pearl River Delta (PRD). The PM concentration had the largest downward trends in winter. The higher the PM pollution level, the greater the downward trends. ④ The trend component of the PM concentration time series in the BTH had two change points, and there was one change point in the seasonal component. The trend and seasonal components of the PM concentration time series in the YRD had no change point. There was no change point in the seasonal component but one change point in the trend component of the PM concentration time series in the PRD. These results can provide scientific references for regional air pollution control.

The object is to objectively identify the 100 most influential scientific publications in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and provide an analysis of their main characteristics. The Clarivate Analytics Web of Knowledge database was used to obtain data and metrics of TKA research. The search list was sorted by the number of citations, and articles were included or excluded based on relevance to TKA.

Background: Administering anesthesia to elderly patients undergoing gastroenteroscopy necessitates careful attention due to age-related physiological changes and an increased risk of complications.
Aim: To analyze the research trends in anesthesia management for elderly patients undergoing gastroenteroscopy.
Methods: We performed a literature search using the Web of Science database to identify articles published between 2004 and 2023.

Background: The pairing assistance policy represents a distinctive instrument utilized by the Chinese government to address major public crises. This study examines the development of a pairing assistance policy by the Chinese Government through its central authority to foster collaborative governance among local governments in areas affected by COVID-19.
Methods: The aim of the study was to gain a clear understanding of how the policy of pairing assistance in public health emergencies is successfully implemented through the top-down application of authority.

The pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) had a major impact on the health of people worldwide, including the pediatric inflammatory bowel disease (PIBD) patients. As no study has investigated the susceptibility and disease course of COVID-19 in PIBD patients after the end of zero-COVID policy in China, we conducted a retrospective cross-sectional study in our center. A cross-sectional survey enrolling PIBD patients has been completed by online survey, phone, and face-to-face assessment.

Background: Keratoacanthoma is a relatively rare skin tumor, with vulvar keratoacanthoma being even more uncommon. Although the majority of keratoacanthomas exhibit a benign course, a subset of cases may show features of malignant potential, such as marginal invasion and recurrence.
Case: An 82-year-old female presented with a rapidly growing exophytic lesion on the left vulva, measuring 1.
