Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an ulceronecrotizing dermatosis that can occur after minor trauma or surgery and is rare after cardiac surgery. We report a case of PG after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in a patient with chronic idiopathic myelofibrosis (CIMF). Diagnosis was made with punch skin biopsy and he was treated with systemic steroids.

[Postoperative pyoderma gangrenosum].

Post-traumatic pyoderma gangrenosum is an ulceronecrotizing dermatosis that is rare and therefore often misinterpreted. After excision of an orbit pseudotumor by otorhinolaryngological surgeons, a 77-year-old woman developed a multifocal ulcerous wound dehiscence. Although the case history, development and clinical picture were characteristic, the correct diagnosis was established and successfully treated 6 months later by a consulting dermatologist.

[Systemic necrotizing vasculitis: case report].

Systemic vasculitis presents a group of clinically pathologic syndromes with acute inflammatory process in its basis which commonly occurs on small blood vessels destroying their walls with fibrinoid necrosis. It often occurs on several organs and systems depending on the form, size and number of the diseased blood vessels. This paper is a case report on a female patient suffering from a serious systemic necrotizing vasculitis with clinically demonstrated ulceronecrotizing skin changes and purpura together with appearance of coronary ischemia; rhythmic disorders of heart rate and gastrointestinal bleeding and cardiac arrest in one moment.

[Digestive stenoses following ulcero-necrotizing enterocolitis].

Over a 10-year period, the authors followed the course of 112 neonates treated for primary acute necrotizing enterocolitis. Ten cases of gastrointestinal stricture were diagnosed, regardless of initial treatment, after an interval of 20 days to 6 months. The site of the stricture was colonic in 6 patients, ileal in three other patients and ileal and colonic in the remaining patient.
