Background: Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR)-guided catheter ablation of the cavotricuspid isthmus (CTI) has been proven feasible, but determinants of local electrogram (EGM) voltage drops during radiofrequency (RF) applications are unknown.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate local atrial bipolar EGM voltage drops and the association with delivered RF energy and anatomical information derived from peri-procedural CMR imaging.
Methods: In consecutive patients undergoing CMR-guided CTI ablation procedures, relative EGM voltage drops for RF applications ≥20 seconds were calculated.

Introduction And Objectives: In patients with established chronic coronary syndrome (CCS), the significance of persistent angina is controversial. We aimed to evaluate the prognostic role of persistent angina in symptomatic CCS patients with abnormal stress cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) and altered angiographic findings undergoing percutaneous revascularization.
Methods: We analyzed 334 CCS patients with Canadian Cardiovascular Society angina class ≥2, perfusion deficits on stress CMR and severe lesions in angiography who underwent medical therapy optimization plus CMR-guided percutaneous revascularization.

Aims: To determine the utility of serial cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging for guidance of therapy management in patients treated with anakinra due to recurrent pericarditis (RP), compared with C-reactive protein (CRP) assay alone.
Methods And Results: In 2018-21, we enrolled 18 (14.5 ± 1.

Purpose Of Review: Cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging excels in providing detailed three-dimensional anatomical information together with excellent soft tissue contrast and has already become a valuable tool for diagnostic evaluation, electrophysiological procedure (EP) planning, and therapeutical stratification of atrial or ventricular rhythm disorders. CMR-based identification of ablation targets may significantly impact existing concepts of interventional electrophysiology. In order to exploit the inherent advantages of CMR imaging to the fullest, CMR-guided ablation procedures (EP-CMR) are justly considered the ultimate goal.
