Background: Objective structured clinical examinations (OSCEs) are an important part of the graduate nursing curriculum at The Ohio State University, including in the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) program. Despite positive feedback from the OSCE assignments, students often reported experiencing anxiety before the assignments. There has been an erosion of trust in medical care and clinical research, and this has raised issues about whether institutions and investigators conducting clinical research are worthy of trust. We review recent literature on research on trust and trustworthiness in the clinical research enterprise and identify opportunities to enhance trustworthiness, which will likely increase participant trust in clinical research. In addition, we review materials reporting the results of national polls related to the public's trust in different occupations.

Objective: To examine longitudinal associations between self-reported sleep disturbances and mobility disability progression among women, including subgroups with multiple sclerosis (MS), diabetes, and osteoarthritis (OA).

Methods: Prospective cohort study using data from Nurses' Health Study long-form questionnaires (2008, 2012, 2014, 2016). Logistic regression was used to quantify associations between sleep-related variables at baseline and subsequent increase in mobility disability.
