A collision tumor is a rare neoplastic lesion consisting of two or more coexisting, distinct cell line entities. In this report, we present the case of a 56-year-old male patient with a history of colon cancer who presented to the emergency room with visual deficits that had started about eight months earlier. An ophthalmologic examination reported left homonymous hemianopsia, prompting a brain MRI, which showed a right posterior temporal extra-axial mass concerning intracerebral metastatic colon cancer, in consideration of patient history.

Research Question And Case Description: We present a rare case of a primary dedifferentiated liposarcoma of the thoracic spine. A 36-year-old previously completely healthy woman presented with a sudden ascending paresthesia of both legs, persistently increasing over the course of two days before initial presentation.

To report a rare case of Rosai-Dorfman-Destombes (RDD) disease in a teenage girl exhibiting mild fever, night chills, vertigo, and progressive bilateral vision and hearing loss. Case report of a 15-year-old girl who underwent extensive ophthalmic multimodal imaging and a comprehensive workup evaluation. Multiple choroid lesion masses in both eyes associated with systemic multifocal lymphadenopathy, involvement of the paranasal sinuses, and unusual intracranial manifestations well-shown by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and whole-body PET-scan.
