Spectrum aliasing in off-axis digital holography may result in poor image reconstruction quality. This study proposes a method to eliminate the zero-order spectrum and enhance image quality based on Kramers-Kronig relations and phase background fitting. The Kramers-Kronig relations are employed to derive the quotient of the complex wavefront of object and the reference beam, and phase background fitting is performed in a compensatory way to yield the object complex wavefront. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is validated via simulations and experiments. The results show significantly improved off-axis digital holographic microscopy reconstruction quality, making the proposed method a promising option for holographic microscopy imaging.

Ultrasound localization microscopy (ULM) enables microvascular imaging at spatial resolutions beyond the acoustic diffraction limit, offering significant clinical potentials. However, ULM performance relies heavily on microbubble (MB) signal sparsity, the number of detected MBs, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), all of which vary in clinical scenarios involving bolus MB injections. These sources of variations underscore the need to optimize MB dosage, data acquisition timing, and imaging settings in order to standardize and optimize ULM of microvasculature.

Background: Deep learning (DL) accelerated controlled aliasing in parallel imaging results in higher acceleration (CAIPIRINHA)-volumetric interpolated breath-hold examination (VIBE), provides high spatial resolution T1-weighted imaging of the upper abdomen. We aimed to investigate whether DL-CAIPIRINHA-VIBE can improve image quality, vessel conspicuity, and lesion detectability compared to a standard CAIPIRINHA-VIBE in renal imaging at 3 Tesla.
Methods: In this prospective study, 50 patients with 23 solid and 45 cystic renal lesions underwent MRI with clinical MR sequences, including standard CAIPIRINHA-VIBE and DL-CAIPIRINHA-VIBE sequences in the nephrographic phase at 3 Tesla.

Quantitative analysis of pseudo-diffusion in diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) data shows potential for assessing fetal lung maturation and generating valuable imaging biomarkers. Rationale And Objectives: Mixed ground-glass nodules (mGGNs) are highly malignant and common nonspecific lung imaging findings. This study aimed to explore whether combining quantitative and qualitative spectral dual-layer detector-based computed tomography (SDCT)-derived parameters with serological tumor abnormal proteins (TAPs) and thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) expression enhances invasive mGGN diagnostic efficacy and to develop a joint diagnostic model.
Materials And Methods: This prospective study included patients with mGGNs undergoing preoperative triple-phase contrast-enhanced SDCT with TAP and TK1 tests.
