The objective of the study was to explore the faculty's views regarding nursing education transformation from diploma to degree programme. Phenomenological descriptive qualitative approach was adopted to explore the experiences of 10 nursing faculty members who were teaching for more than two years in two public sector nursing colleges (inclusion criteria) in Punjab-College of Nursing, Jinnah Hospital Lahore, and College of Nursing, Nishtar Hospital, Multan-from 2021 to 2022. Data was collected by in-depth interviews of the 10 participants. It was tape recorded, transcribed, and analysed by using Braun and Clarke`s thematic analysis technique. Seven themes were derived, in which good transition, change in instructional methodology, several strengths of degree programme, higher authorities' ignorance, lack of resources, resources can be managed at government level as well as institutional level, positive impact, improved skills in all dimensions were the main elements. This transition is facing challenges, and authorities need to pay proper attention, while policy formation for smooth implementation is needed.

This study expands the original two-dimensional carbon footprint model into a three-dimensional model form. Introduce two indicators of carbon footprint depth (CF) and size (CF) to form a three-dimensional carbon footprint model (CF), which is used to respectively represent the occupation and consumption of natural capital reserves by human activities' carbon emissions. Based on the 3D carbon footprint model, this paper calculated the CF, CF, and CF for four different urban agglomerations of China (BTH, YRD, PRD, and CY) spanning from 2000 to 2017.

Increasing the degree of freedom for quantum entanglement within tensor networks can enhance the depiction of the essence in many-body systems. However, this enhancement comes with a significant increase in computational complexity and critical slowing down, which drastically increases time consumption. This work converts a quantum tensor network algorithm into a classical circuit on the Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and arranges the computing unit with a dense parallel design, efficiently optimizing the time consumption.

Objective: Endovascular mechanical thrombectomy (EVMT) is widely employed in patients with acute intracranial carotid artery occlusion (AIICAO). This study aimed to predict the outcomes of EVMT following AIICAO by utilizing anatomic classification of the circle of Willis and its relative position to the thrombus.
Methods: In this study, we retrospectively analyzed a cohort of 108 patients with AIICAO who underwent endovascular mechanical thrombectomy (EVMT) at Shaoxing People's Hospital.

Background: Predicted nursing deficits and low nursing student retention rates highlighted the need to investigate cultivation of grit, a malleable trait involving perseverance and passion to achieve long-term goals amidst challenges and difficulties.
Objective: The objective of this study was to identify how cultivation of grit and additional academic and non-academic strategies aided gritty second-year associate degree-seeking nursing students in addressing nursing program challenges and completing their nursing program.
Methods: Twenty-two second-year associate degree-seeking nursing students in rural central Arizona completed demographic and Grit-O Scale questions using Survey Monkey™ and participated in semi-structured interviews or focus group discussions held from September through December 2022.
