Background Providing patients with sufficient information about the planned procedure they will undergo, including the risks, benefits, and appropriate alternatives, forms a cornerstone of the high standards of care that a urologist provides. Our current standard for delivering information is printed patient information leaflets (PILs) following a consultation with a urologist in a clinic or via telemedicine. Our study considers the feasibility and potential of leveraging quick response (QR) codes for PILs to promote sustainable healthcare practices among urologists.

Objective: To describe experiences and outcomes of the Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons (GURS) fellowship match. In 2012, GURS developed a centralized fellowship match which has grown from 13 to 30 programs.
Methods: GURS match statistics and case logs were reviewed from 2013-2024.

Background: Ensuring ergonomic posture and safety for surgeons is key to preventing work-related injuries and promoting sustained practice. We evaluated ergonomic aspects of Anatomic Endoscopic Enucleation of the Prostate (AEEP) and its relation to musculoskeletal injuries.
Method: A two-month online survey involving 119 Endourological Society members provided an in-depth analysis of AEEP practices and their musculoskeletal impacts.
